Company Picnic Participation Waiver, Release of Liability, and Acknowledgment

01Voluntary Participation

I understand that my attendance at this company-sponsored picnic ("Event") is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of employment, compensation, or continued employment.

02Acknowledgment of Event Activities

I understand that the Event may include, but is not limited to:

• Food and beverages
• Recreational games and entertainment
• Photography / videography
• Presence and use of alcoholic beverages
• Presence and use of cannabis products by eligible adults
• Attendance by employees, guests, family members, children, and pets

I voluntarily choose to attend and/or bring guests.

03Alcohol and Cannabis Acknowledgment

I understand:

• Alcohol and cannabis consumption are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older
• I am solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws
• I am solely responsible for my own decisions regarding alcohol or cannabis consumption
• I will not provide alcohol or cannabis to minors
• I will not operate a motor vehicle while impaired
• I may be removed from the Event for unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior

I acknowledge that combining alcohol and cannabis may significantly impair judgment, coordination, and reaction time.

04Parent / Guardian Responsibility

If I bring a minor child or dependent, I acknowledge:

• I am solely responsible for their supervision, conduct, and safety at all times
• The Company will not provide childcare or supervision
• I accept all risks associated with minors attending an event where alcohol and cannabis may be present

05Pet Responsibility

If I bring a pet, I acknowledge:

• I am solely responsible for the pet's supervision, behavior, and control
• My pet must remain appropriately restrained and under my control
• I am responsible for any damage, injury, or disruption caused by my pet

06Assumption of Risk

I understand participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, falls
• Food-related illness or allergic reactions
• Injuries related to games or recreational activities
• Exposure to secondhand smoke or cannabis odor
• Behavior of other attendees
• Weather-related conditions
• Injuries involving children or pets
• Impairment-related incidents

I voluntarily assume all such risks.

07Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge:

High Fidelity Brands, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, organizers, and representatives

from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from my attendance or participation, including claims involving my guests, dependents, or pets, except where prohibited by law.

08Medical Emergencies

If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary, I authorize emergency response personnel to provide care at my expense.

09Photography / Media Release

I understand photographs and video may be taken during the Event.

I grant permission for the Company to use my likeness, and the likeness of any minors I bring, for internal communications, promotional materials, or company media unless prohibited by law.

10Employee Conduct

Employees remain expected to behave professionally and lawfully.

Unsafe behavior, harassment, violence, impairment-related misconduct, illegal conduct, or violations of company policy may result in removal from the Event and/or disciplinary action.

11Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from my actions, the actions of my guests, minors, or pets.

12Acknowledgment

I certify that:

• I have read this document
• I understand its contents
• I voluntarily agree to these terms
• I am signing on behalf of myself and any guests / minors for whom I am responsible
