Overview

The Company Picnic 2026 is almost here.

Join us for an afternoon of food, fun, and time with coworkers, friends, and family at beautiful Tower Grove Park on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.

We're putting together a relaxed afternoon packed with activities for all ages, including face painting, balloon animals, a live entertainer, lawn games, volleyball, wiffle ball, and more. Bringing your pup? Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome, and we'll even have treats for them.

We'll have burgers and hot dogs fresh off the grill, snacks, cold beverages, and a sweet frozen dessert to help everyone stay cool. A photographer will also be on-site to help capture the day's memories.

This is a family-friendly event, and employees are welcome to bring guests. Please RSVP so we can plan food, seating, and activities accordingly.

We're excited to spend the afternoon together outside of work and celebrate with everyone who makes this team great.

  1. 1:00 PM

    Welcome & Check-In

    Guests arrive, check in, grab a name tag, get settled, and sign any final acknowledgments if needed.

  2. 1:15 PM

    Food & Drinks Open

    Grill service begins with burgers, hot dogs, snacks, and beverages available.

  3. 1:30 PM

    Activities Open

    Face painting, balloon animals, lawn games, volleyball, wiffle ball, frisbees, and family activities begin.

  4. 2:00 PM

    Dessert Service Begins

    Cool off with frozen treats from our dessert vendor.

  5. 2:00 - 4:00 PM

    Open Picnic / Free Time

    Relax, eat, mingle, play games, take photos, and enjoy the afternoon.

  6. 3:30 PM

    Final Food / Last Call for Activities

    Last chance to grab food, drinks, and enjoy activities before wrap-up.

  7. 4:00 PM

    Event Concludes

I understand that this event may include the presence and consumption of alcohol and cannabis by individuals age 21 and older, and that minors may also be present.

I acknowledge that attendance is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own conduct, the conduct and supervision of any guests, children, or pets I bring, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

I further acknowledge that I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and agree to the terms outlined in the waiver and release.
